As part of service delivery, clients also share credit card account types, points balances, and spending information. We collect limited technical data (IP address, browser type) for security purposes.
Your information is used solely to deliver services, process payments, send service-related communications, and improve our offerings. We do not use your data for advertising or any purpose unrelated to your engagement with PWP.
All financial information shared as part of the concierge service is treated as strictly confidential — used only to build your strategy, never shared with third parties for commercial purposes, and never stored on advertising platforms.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party. Ever.
We retain records for up to 3 years after your engagement ends for legal and accounting purposes, after which personal data is deleted or anonymized. You may request earlier deletion by contacting us.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Email angelo@paidwithpoints.com with "Privacy Request" in the subject line. We respond within 10 business days.
We use encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), access controls, and PCI-compliant payment handling. No method of transmission is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Material changes to this policy will be communicated via email. Continued use of services after notice constitutes acceptance.
