Before first strategy session: Full refund if requested in writing within 7 days of payment and before the first session.
After first strategy session: Non-refundable. Service continues through the end of the contracted year.
Renewal: Non-refundable once the new contract year begins. Cancel at least 14 days before the anniversary date to avoid renewal.
Initial payment: Non-refundable after first strategy session. Refundable within 7 days if requested before first session.
Monthly installments: Future installments stop upon cancellation. No refund on amounts already collected.
Send written notice to angelo@paidwithpoints.com with subject line "Cancellation Request — [Your Name]". Include your name, service enrolled in, and payment date. We confirm all cancellations within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
The EC Membership renews automatically on the contract anniversary date. To cancel before renewal, written notice must be received at least 14 days prior. If a renewal charge has already processed, it is non-refundable and the new contract year is active.
Please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback. We resolve issues quickly. If a chargeback is filed without first contacting PWP, we will respond with the signed client agreement, service delivery records, and all relevant communications. Clients agree to this process under our Terms & Conditions.
