Terms & Conditions

Agreement

By using paidwithpoints.com or engaging any PWP service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Services

Paid With Points ("PWP") provides points strategy consulting, award search, and travel optimization services. PWP is not a licensed travel agency, airline, hotel, or financial institution and does not purchase tickets or hold funds on behalf of clients.

Executive Concierge Membership

  • The membership is an annual engagement beginning on the date of first payment
  • The annual fee may be paid in full or via an approved payment plan disclosed at enrollment
  • The contract renews automatically on the anniversary date unless written cancellation is received at least 14 days prior
  • Monthly installments (where applicable) are charged automatically on the same date each month

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate information about their accounts, points, and travel goals; respond promptly to time-sensitive booking opportunities; and maintain credit card accounts in good standing. Clients review and approve all transfers and bookings before execution.

No Guarantee of Results

PWP provides expert guidance based on current award availability and loyalty program rules. We cannot guarantee specific award availability, savings outcomes, credit card approval, or redemption values. Programs change without notice; past client results are not a guarantee of future performance.

Payments

All fees are in USD and processed through a PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment processor. By providing payment details, you authorize PWP to charge fees on the agreed schedule. Failed payments may result in suspension of services without refund of prior amounts paid.

Cancellation

To cancel, send written notice to angelo@paidwithpoints.com. Future monthly installments stop after the next scheduled billing date. Annual renewals are cancelled if notice is received 14+ days before the anniversary. See the Refund Policy for refund eligibility.

Intellectual Property

All strategies, documents, and materials created by PWP remain our intellectual property. Clients may use them for personal travel optimization. Reproduction, resale, or redistribution without written permission is prohibited.

Confidentiality

All client financial information, points balances, and account details are treated as strictly confidential. We do not share or sell client information except as necessary to deliver services. See our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

PWP's total liability for any claim shall not exceed fees paid in the 90 days prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost travel value, missed award opportunities, or program devaluations outside our control.

Disputes & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Disputes not resolved directly shall be submitted to binding individual arbitration in New Jersey under AAA rules. Class actions are waived. Before any formal proceeding, clients agree to contact PWP and allow 14 business days to resolve the matter.

Changes

PWP may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance.
